The Holiday Store will be closed this year due to COVID-19, but will reopen in 2021! Any donations received for 2020 will be given to the Boys & Girls Club to benefit the children and families they serve. Please contact Zan Schriver at 865-524-3926m or with any questions. A big Thank You goes out to all of our community partners for helping the Holiday Store to make a difference for so many families over the years! Join us again in 2021!

Now in its 22nd year, The Volunteer Ministry Center will host the Annual Holiday Store program. It is a remarkable effort to enable those without Christmas shopping money to “earn” gifts for their loved ones by using their time and muscle to complete community service work which pays in points, redeemable at the Holiday Store. Community service opportunities are completed at various sites.

In 2019, the Holiday Store allowed 134 shoppers to earn points to buy holiday gifts for 448 loved ones and family members! Shoppers volunteered 496 hours of community service! This year VMC hopes to impact even more families and individuals this year! We invite churches, businesses, organizations and individuals in the community to join us and donate gift items to make Christmas a reality for many struggling families!
