Volunteer
VMC has many volunteer opportunities for people of different faiths, interests, and talents. We have varying needs suited for groups AND individuals. Our goal is to make sure that you are familiar with VMC, our mission and policies, and with those people we serve by providing helpful resources in advance of your commitment. When you express an interest in serving with us, we will provide you with critical information to make your experience beneficial and positive while also preserving our standards of caring for those we serve.

Interested in learning more about volunteering at VMC?
Come to our next Volunteer Orientation on March 17th 12:00PM-1:00PM
to meet with VMC's Development team at our Administrative Offices located at 511 N. Broadway.
During this time, you will learn about VMC’s philosophy, meet our staff, and take a tour of our facility. It is also a great opportunity to see all of the ways we serve the homeless and low income families in our community who are in crisis while also getting your questions addressed.

Meal Groups
A Meal Group Volunteer(s) will purchase, prepare, and serve a meal to our program members in the Resource Center.
Mealtimes:
Breakfast (7am) - Lunch (12pm) Note: We ask at least one person from the group to attend a Volunteer Orientation Session prior to serving.
Special Projects
Help us with various activities we do regularly like helping with the clothing closet, hosting group activities, organize/host a collection drive, and more.
