Serves individuals who are in crisis and who may be at risk of losing their housing. Services include assistance with rent utilities, transportation, prescriptions, clothing, toiletries, birth certificates and identification. The Refuge program is dedicated to the prevention of homelessness and is open Mon - Fri, 9:30am - 2:30pm.

Provides case management services to the homeless community for individuals seeking to achieve permanent housing. You can inquire about housing and our assistance Sunday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm to start your journey towards your own place.

Provides comprehensive dental services at no charge to the homeless and low income of Knox County.

Because we are staffed mainly by dental professionals who volunteer their time, hours and days of service can vary. Please call 865-934-1746 to verify which weekdays we are open and have a provider available.
