Housing Focused Team Member/Property Attendant 

Volunteer Ministry Center (VMC) is hiring staff for The Foyer, our low-barrier, housing-focused overnight emergency shelter and our permanent supportive housing location, Minvilla Manor. Applicants will have a minimum of a high school diploma with special consideration for applicants working toward social work or related degree(s). Experience with the homeless population is a plus. This full-time position is primarily evenings and weekends. Beginning wage is $15.00 per hour with paid holidays. When working at the Foyer, this position’s primary role is to check neighbors into the Foyer, monitor overnight activities, and check neighbors out each morning. When working at Minvilla, this position’s primary role is to monitor activities of the property, interact with residents, maintain daily communication log. Minvilla Manor Resident Assistant

VMC has a part time Resident Assistant position open at Minvilla Manor.  This position will maintain the therapeutic and safety of residents and the building of Minvilla Manor, our permanent supportive housing (PSH) location.
